regarding making an agreement for provision of services
in area of Internet-telecommunications

A Company «ALDIS GROUP OÜ» (registration number in the Republic of Estonia - 12220333) (hereinafter referred to as - "the Provider"), represented by the Member of the Board Mr. Dmitriy Lunin, acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, shall make an agreement for provision of services with any person, who meets the below mentioned requirements of the User, on the following terms:
Terms and definitions
The User is an individual, legal entity or private entrepreneur, who made acceptance in accordance with procedure, stipulated in Article 2 of the Public offer, and as a result of it the present agreement shall be deemed duly concluded between this person and the Provider. Upon the acceptance the User becomes a Subscriber to WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE service.
The Subscriber is the user of telephone communication services and calls transfer services, who has duly concluded the agreement for provision of telephone communication services with setting of subscriber (direct) telephone number for these purposes.
Services are the services of telephone connection, duly provided by the Provider through WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system, reference and information services of the Provider as well as other services, which are technically inseparably connected with telephone communication services and telecommunications means (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"), by using subscriber's (direct) telephone numbers, set for the User, and calls transfer to the Subscriber's telephone number.
1. Subject of the Offer
1.1. The subject of the present offer is the provision of Internet-services, including communication services for data transfer in order to transmit voice and other telematic services by means of providing access and services to the User in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system on the terms, duly agreed below.
1.2. The Provider provides Internet-services according to the Articles of Association of the company ALDIS GROUP OÜ, and terms, published on the Provider's web-site with the following address: www.world-virtual-office.com. The place for provision of Internet-services according to the present offer shall be server of the Provider.
1.3. The Provider is entitled to make unilaterally changes to the terms of the present Public offer in a term not earlier than 10 days after publishing of corresponding changes on web-site
www.world-virtual-office.com.
2. Procedure of the Services provision
2.1. After completing a registration form on web-site www.world-virtual-office.com and activating the corresponding link reference, the User thereby executes acceptance of the present offer. The Provider makes registration in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system by giving an identification number (hereinafter referred to as "the ID") to the User and opening of personal account in the system.
2.2. The User is entitled to register number of his mobile phone in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system in order to receive other services from WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE.
2.3. By registering his mobile phone in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system, the User thereby agrees to receive SMS-messages concerning any promotional events by WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE and other messages of informative and/or advertising nature only from WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE service.
2.4. The User has right to delete his telephone number or replace it with another one.
2.5. After registration the Provider shall provide the User with an access to WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system in order to execute duly subject of the present offer.
2.6. The Provider provides cost of tariffs for Internet-services according to the present offer in a conventional units (EUR), accepted for settlements in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system and corresponding to the internal rate of exchange, published on web-site www.world-virtual-office.com, without value-added tax (VAT).
2.7. Payment for services shall be executed by transfer of cash assets to the settlement account of the Provider according to banking requisites mentioned below. Currency for payments shall be EURO. Upon making payment the conversion of currency will be made according to tariffs of your bank in the country, where you physically located. Your bank may charge additional fees for making the international payment.
2.8. There is an option for the Users to make payments for services to the settlement account of the Provider on the basis of Invoice (proforma-invoice), which is issued to the User by the Provider and duly sent to his contact e-mail address. All charges and bank commissions related to transfer of cash assets to the settlement account of the Provider shall be covered by the User.
2.9. Payment shall be credited to the personal account of the User not later than 1 (one) working day from the day, when assets were received to the settlement account of the Provider.
2.10. In case of delayed payment the Provider reserves his right to suspend access of the Subscriber to the WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system.
2.11. In case when the Subscriber is not satisfied with the quality of services provided, he has right to request for refund of his cash assets. Refund of cash assets shall be executed on the basis of written Notice from the Subscriber. This Notice shall include the Subscriber's name, his personal ID in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system as well as full requisites of his banking account.
2.12. Refund of cash assets shall be executed by means of their transfer to the settlement account of the Subscriber. This account shall be opened in the name of the Subscriber, who is an individual or company, which has made payment for services on the basis of Invoice.
2.13. Refund of cash assets shall be executed within 7 (seven) days from the moment of receipt the Notice for Refund by the Provider.
3. Liabilities of the Provider
3.1. To provide necessary and true information about WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system and to provide due registration of the User in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system.
3.2. To provide consulting services regarding all matters related to execution of the present offer.
3.3. To provide access to WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system (administration panel of the Subscriber).
3.4. To provide servicing of the Subscriber's personal account.
4. Responsibility of the Provider
4.1. Responsibility of the Provider in respect to the present offer shall be governed by the current laws of the Republic of Estonia and the international regulations.
4.2. For making VoIP-calls in WORLD VIRTUAL OFFICE system the Provider uses communication channels, provided by the third parties. The Provider does not bear responsibility for quality of services, provided by other organizations as well as for delays and faults in operation, caused directly or indirectly by reasons beyond the control from his side.
